United Petfood Radom Sp. z. o.o. has obtained funding for a project entitled ‘Increasing the level of robotisation and digitisation and implementing selected Industry 4.0 technologies at the production plant of United Petfood Radom Sp. z o.o., in order to significantly increase the production of wet pet food’, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component A “Resilience and Competitiveness of the Economy”, Specific objective: A2. Development of the national innovation system: strengthening coordination, stimulating innovation potential and cooperation between enterprises and research organisations, including in the field of environmental technologies. Reform: A2.1. Accelerating robotisation and digitalisation as well as innovation processes; Investment: A2.1.1. Investment to support robotisation and digitisation in companies.
The aim of the project is to significantly increase wet pet food production capacity through the implementation of modern Industry 4.0 technologies, including the automation and digitisation of production processes, warehouse and supply chain management. The project will also reduce operating costs, increase product quality and safety, as well as reduce repetitive work through the implementation of advanced technologies.
The investment will also create new jobs for highly qualified specialists, which will contribute to the development of competencies and increase the company's innovation. The implementation of modern technologies will reduce production time and increase the precision of quality control, which will raise the standards of the products offered.
The benefits of the project include, above all, improved product quality through the use of modern quality control technologies, which will allow high production standards to be maintained. Optimising supply chain management will enable a faster response to market needs, while efficient use of energy and resources will contribute to the sustainability of the company. The technological solutions implemented will also strengthen United Petfood Radom's position as the leader in the wet pet food market in Europe.
The target group for the project results includes both existing and new customers looking for high-quality wet pet food. First and foremost, it includes retail chains and distributors, for whom United Petfood Radom offers private label production tailored to individual market requirements.

Questions and Answers
During the publication of the request for proposals, Bidders submitted questions regarding the subject of the contract in the Competitiveness Database on the following dates: February 11, 2026, February 20, 2026, February 21, 2026, February 27, 2026, March 1, 2026, March 1, and March 2, 2026.

Request for Proposal Updates
Updated no. 1 from February 27, 2026.
The Contracting Entity is extending the procedure due to the process of providing answers to the submitted questions and to allow Bidders to take these answers into account when preparing their offers. The procedure has been extended until March 11, 2026. A revised version of Annex 1 - TERMS OF REFERENCE - version 2 is attached to this notice.

The Contracting Authority is extending the procurement procedure due to the ongoing process of providing answers to the submitted questions and to enable Bidders to take these responses into account when preparing their bids. The procurement procedure has been extended until March 13, 2026. A revised version of Appendix No. 1 - SPECIFICATION OF ESSENTIAL TERMS OF THE PROCUREMENT - version 3 is attached to this notice.
Result of the procurement procedure
As a result of the procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority selected the offer from KLG Solutions, a limited liability company with its registered office at ul. Domaniewska 37/2.43, 02-672 Warsaw, NIP: 5213763977, as the most advantageous offer, with a gross bid price of PLN 3,992,692.18.

Robotic system for the packaging process

In addition, the conditions for termination of the agreement based on the provisions of the Civil Code were clarified. The Contracting Authority may terminate the agreement in whole or in part in the following cases:
a) if the Contractor delays the execution of the subject of the agreement; in such case, the Contracting Authority – pursuant to Article 491 §1 of the Civil Code – may grant the Contractor an additional reasonable deadline for completion, warning that after its ineffective expiry the agreement will be terminated. If the completion deadline has been defined as essential, the Contracting Authority may – pursuant to Article 492 of the Civil Code – terminate the agreement without granting an additional deadline.
b) if the subject of the agreement is defective or not compliant with the agreement, the Contracting Authority may – pursuant to Articles 560 and 561 of the Civil Code – request the defects to be remedied within a reasonable timeframe, and if this deadline expires without result, terminate the agreement.
The Contracting Authority informs that the clarification below forms an integral part of the Tender Specification (SIWZ). The clarification is solely organizational and reflects the provisions of the Civil Code which, according to the SIWZ, apply to matters not otherwise regulated. The clarification does not change the scope of rights or obligations of the parties arising from the published SIWZ and its annexes.
On 26.11.2025, the Contracting Authority extended the deadline for submitting offers until 05.12.2025.

On 26.11.2025, amendments were made to the Terms and Conditions of the Tender Specification by clarifying parameters concerning the depalletizing system for full SKU crates, in particular:
- the dimensions of the perforated crates were changed to 600 × 400 mm,
- the dimensions of the wooden pallets were changed to 800 × 1200 mm,
- Annex No. 8 was updated.
In connection with the above, as well as taking into account the questions submitted by Suppliers through the Competitive Database and the need to ensure equal access to information and sufficient time to prepare offers, the Contracting Authority decided to extend the deadline for offer submission.

On 05.12.2025, the following changes were made:
- Annexes 3 and 4 were reformatted (without changing the content),
- amendments were made to the Terms and Conditions of the Tender Specification (clarification of perforated crate dimensions – 600x400x175 mm),
- the maximum load height including pallet was changed (1800 mm),
- the load weight without pallet was changed (up to 800 kg),
- due to the changes in the SIWZ, the quotation form was updated,
- the tables in Annex No. 8 were modified – the number of formats was reduced, weight and height requirements were lowered, and performance requirements were removed, simplifying the table.
The change is not of an expanding nature and does not introduce new obligations for the Contractor, but rather standardizes and simplifies the technical requirements.
In connection with the above, as well as taking into account the questions submitted by Suppliers through the Competitive Database and the need to ensure equal access to information and sufficient time to prepare offers, the Contracting Authority decided to extend the deadline for offer submission.

Tender result
In connection with the tender procedure for the robotic packaging process system (Part 1), the offer submitted by Supptech Sp. z o.o., ul. Tartaczna 14, 26-610 Radom, was selected.

In connection with the tender procedure for the palletizing and depalletizing system in the packaging process (Part 2), the offer submitted by Hitmark Sp. z o.o., ul. Platynowa 3, 05-090 Wypędy, was selected.
