Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator

Function

  • Administrative Support: data entry, create procedure documents, carry out policy reviews and issue updates, create HSE training and development plans for staff, manage communications and toolbox talks to the wider team.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with health, safety, and environmental activities. Prepare reports for department heads and senior management.
  • External Liaison: Collaborate with external agencies, contractors and training organisations on health and safety matters.
  • Targets and Efficiency: Assist with carrying out internal health and safety, and environmental audits. Support with the H&S review of efficiencies for the manufacturing teams.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special HSE related projects, taking the lead as required.

Profile

  • Qualification: NEBOSH General Certificate (completed or studying towards).
  • Delivery of expertise and experience from a similar role .
  • Ideally a working knowledge of ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001 .
  • A collaborative team player, with an organised approach to work and an attention to the little details that make a HSE system succeed.
