Internal Key Account Manager


  • You are the point of contact for several key customers and monitor the quality of our services
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of their orders, invoices, deliveries, always in collaboration with the local production site
  • You work together with the customer on the further development of the project and follow up our internal R&D departments so that appropriate proposals can be submitted to the customer
  • You consult with the various production sites on a weekly basis to monitor the projects and make adjustments where necessary. You ensure good and smooth cooperation
  • You consult with the customer every week to go over the status of the projects and optimise the forecast


  • At least a bachelor's degree and preferably a first experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of English and Dutch. French and/or Spanish are a plus
  • You are fluent in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • You are organised, punctual and can work independently. You will be working in an open structure where not all tasks are defined
  • Willing to travel to our foreign sites from time to time (within the EU) to discuss the projects with the local teams
  • You consult and report weekly to the Sales Director
  • You are fluent in communication, can deal with different actors and take the different interests into account
