Job description
Within a fast-growing company and a flourishing sector, you will work as an administrative commercial employee to further expand the commercial service:
- You are the point of contact for our customers from this region and answer all their questions in consultation with the Sales Manager
- You are responsible for taking orders, drawing up pro forma invoices and preparing and handling transport.
- You ensure that all necessary documents are drawn up by the various departments so that the administration of the exports can proceed correctly
- You help set up the planning for existing customers. You are the link between the customer and the factory.
- You follow up production so that orders are delivered on time.
Profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience) a first experience in a sales support, or similar position is a plus.
- You are structured and well organised. Perfectionist in administrative handling.
- You have a very good knowledge of ENGLISH (speaking and writing) and FRENCH (speaking and writing).
- Excel and Word hold no secrets for you
- You are customer- and service-oriented and can offer solutions to customers.
- You fit into an open structure where tasks are not always defined and you can be flexible.
- For these customers, we are looking for a very punctual person who can give the service they expect.
